Consumer Contact Point

This service has been set up by AITI, pursuant to section 2(4) of Law no. 4/2013, for two purposes: to supply consumers with information about our profession in general, as well as the quality standards required of its members, and to provide the opportunity to make a complaint in the case of disputes with individual members.
